2022年“海外中国旅游文化周”硕果累累
“真希望有机会去中国旅游,中国太美了!”“期待中国继续为全世界的非遗保护和乡村发展贡献智慧。”“古老的竹林如此宁静,美得像一幅中国画。”“中国的高铁实在太酷了!”2022 年“海外中国旅游文化周”日前圆满结束,各海外中国文化中心和旅游办事处收到不少外国民众热情洋溢的留言。
今年9 月至10 月,由文化和旅游部指导的2022 年“海外中国旅游文化周”在全球联动举办。56 家海外中国文化中心和旅游办事处面向海外公众集中举办专题展览、视频展映、研讨交流等线上线下活动,通过讲述中华优秀传统文化保护传承、文化和旅游助力脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴、当代中国创新发展的生动故事,充分展示了新时代中国特色社会主义建设的伟大成就。
“海外中国旅游文化周”期间,各海外中国文化中心和旅游办事处创新国际传播方式方法,用多元渠道和各种生动事例讲述中国故事,展现中国经验、中国智慧和中国方案,吸引了大批外国民众关注。中国驻罗马旅游办事处联合意中文化交流与发展中心等机构策 划举办了“我的中国故事”互动活动,邀请武术教练、青年诗人、知名乐队、旅行社等不同职业的10名有中国旅居经历的意大利民众,以短视频的形式讲述自己在中国工作、生活、旅游的故事,生动展现了可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。“明月几时有?把酒问青天。不知天上宫阙,今夕是何年。”悠扬婉转的歌声将开罗中国文化中心举办的“海上明月红色征程”诗词歌会推向高潮。开罗中国文化中心推出的2022 年“海外中国旅游文化周”相关视频在该中心多媒体平台播放量达5 万余次,覆盖民众近20 万人次。
曼谷中国文化中心和中国驻曼谷旅游办事处以脸书等为主要推广平台,结合四川“泰爱四川ka”项目,线上推送“城市建设”“乡村振兴”“非遗减贫”“黄河文化”“丝路文旅”主题数字资源,累计覆盖受众逾30 万人次,互动量达4.3 万次。柏林中国文化中心举办“乡村振兴带来幸福生活”文化沙龙活动,聚焦乡村振兴,以播放短片和专题讲座等形式,向德国民众介绍了“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念,以及近年来中国全面实施乡村振兴战略、积极发展可持续和环境友好型乡村旅游的生动实践,分享中国方案、中国经验。
在参加新加坡中国文化中心和中国驻新加坡旅游办事处联合举办的“讲述中国乡村振兴和城市建设故事”分享会后,新加坡民众纷纷表示,对中国在脱贫攻坚进程中取得的重大成就有了更加深刻的了解,期待增强疫后两国的文化交流与旅游往来。一场场有趣的线上线下文化和旅游活动,全方位、立体化地展现了可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象,在外国民众中引发热烈反响。大家纷纷表示,期待到中国感受悠久历史、灿烂文化、壮美山川和多样风情。

The 2022 “Overseas China Tourism and Culture Week” has achieved fruitful results

It is so beautiful!” “I'm looking forward to China continuing to contribute wisdom to the protection of intangible cultural heritage and rural development around the world.” “The ancient bamboo forest is so quiet and beautiful as a Chinese painting.” “China's high-speed rail is really cool!” The 2022“Overseas China Tourism and Culture Week” has successfully ended. Various overseas Chinese cultural centers and tourism offices have received many passionate messages from foreigners.
From September to October this year, the 2022“Overseas China Tourism Culture Week” guided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was jointly held in the world. 56 overseas Chinese cultural centers and tourism offices have intensively organized online and offline activities such as themed exhibitions, video screenings, and seminars for the overseas public. By telling vivid stories about the protection and inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture, the assistance of culture and tourism in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and contemporary China's innovative development, the great achievements of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era were fully demonstrated.
During the “Overseas China Tourism Culture Week”, overseas Chinese cultural centers and tourism offices innovated international communication methods, telling Chinese stories through multiple channels and various vivid examples, demonstrating Chinese experience, wisdom, and solutions, and attracting attention from a large number of foreign people. The China Tourism Office in Rome, in collaboration with the Italian China Cultural Exchange and Development Center and other institutions, has planned and held an interactive activity called “My China Story”. It invited 10 Italian people who once sojourned in China, including martial arts coaches, young poets, well-known bands, travel agencies and other occupations to tell their stories of work, life, and tourism in the form of short videos, vividly showcasing a trustworthy, adorable, and respectable image of China. “When is there a moon? Wine cup in hand, I ask the sky. I do not know what time of the year it would be tonight in the palace on high.” The melodious and graceful song builds up a climax to the poetry and lyrics festival of “Red Journey of the Bright Moon on the Sea”, held by the Chinese Cultural Center in Cairo. The videos related to the 2022“Overseas Chinese Tourism and Culture Week” launched by the Cairo China Cultural Center has been played over 50,000 times on the center's multimedia platform, covering nearly 200,000 people.
The Bangkok China Cultural Center and the China Tourism Office in Bangkok use Facebook and other platforms as their main promotion platforms, combined with the Sichuan “THAI Love Sichuan ka” project, to promote online digital resources with themes such as “urban construction”,“rural revitalization”,“intangible cultural heritage poverty reduction”,“Yellow River culture”, and “Silk Road culture and tourism”, covering a cumulative audience of over 300,000 people with 43,000 interactions. The Berlin China Cultural Center held a cultural salon titled “Rural Revitalization Brings Happiness to Life”, focusing on rural revitalization. Through short films and thematic lectures, the concept of “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” was introduced to the German people. And in recent years, China has comprehensively implemented the strategy of rural revitalization and actively developed sustainable and environmental-friendly rural tourism, sharing China's solutions and experience.
After participating in the “Telling the Story of China's Rural Revitalization and Urban Construction” jointly organized by the Singapore China Cultural Center and the China Tourism Office in Singapore, Singaporeans gained a deeper understanding of China's significant achievements in poverty alleviation and looked forward to enhancing cultural and tourism exchanges between the two countries after the epidemic. Through interesting online and offline cultural and tourism activities, a trustworthy, adorable, and respectable image of China was shown in a comprehensive and multifaceted manner, triggering a warm response among foreign people. Everyone expressed their expectation of experiencing China's long history, splendid culture, magnificent mountains and rivers, and diverse customs.
